Blizzard have published a blog post explaining how currency will be converted for patch 5.2. This includes Valor, Justice, Conquest and Honor points, and the various "Charms".

I think they have done a u-turn on this now. No down converting is going to happen.

Yes that's right .. unless they change their minds again! tongue out

Although this is only the case for PvE stuff .. the PvP currency, I think, is still being converted.
